Bonnie-Jean Brooks, received the 2015 Coleman Institute for Cognitive Disabilities Certificate of Appreciation, for her outstanding efforts to secure the Maine legislation "Joint Resolution concerning The Rights of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism to Technology and Information Access".
